Not all days go well, and when there was a hiccup with the installation of our filter system, Quench did not quibble or hesitate to rectify the problem with prompt and friendly action. Very professional service. Thank you!
They are supposed to be open from 09:00. This is the 3rd time I’ve come here at opening time and has to wait. Today there’s nobody in the store at 09:07. Not sure what flexi time they work??? The website says they’re already open. Sick joke!!! Not acceptable.
There is just no service - I did an online order on 11 December and received an order confirmation - the delivery time was 5 working days. I've tried to follow up on the status of the order but one cannot get through telephonically to the customer care phone number - no reply. The same goes for the Table Bay Mall Exclusive Books store.
I called for assistance with logging into my account - when went online, it said my username was wrong and I got that confirmed easily enough but it wouldn't accept my password - when I tried to reset my password, it didn't recognise my user name. I called to determine how I could resolve this issue,- the so called 'champion' on the end of the line asked why I wanted to login to my account - besides that fact that it has nothing to do with her, I told her I wanted to update my email address. When you call them, there is about 10 minutes of waffle and menus to go through and one of the things they say is never to give an otp over the phone. During this process, they ask for the otp that they send you so I queried that - and it went downhill from there. I did eventually give it to her, and long story very short, after having to give a second OTP over the phone, she managed to change my email address - the person did not listen - she kept on talking over me and as a result, it took several attempts for me to make sure she got my email address right. At the end of that , she decided she'd dealt with my problem and when I asked about my original query on how to log in, she told to download the app. I asked her to wait till I'd resolved the issue and made sure the app was allowing me to log in, she me reiterated that she'd concluded my call and slammed the phone down. This is not service and she was definitely NO champion - MTN should not try and purport their service call operators to be champions when they don't even have the capacity to know that they haven't even begun to deal with the problem
