Exceptional service
Great service from a great service manager Kirton whom I know for a long time.He is a hands on person who is always involve with his workshop staff and does not sit in his office.He has dedicated and understanding staff surrounding him as he knows how to deal with customers.Big up goes to Manager Kirton,Supervisor Lyle,Techie Ushi.it took him a day to sort out the noise I had iny car since I bought it at VW Rivonia 2017 and they couldn't solve it.I will highly and always recommend VW Hatfield Cresta as they take pride in customer service.Feom the time you enter and book your car till you fetch it.WELL DONE Kirton and TEAM

Bad service
Vergin active debited my account for the past three or four months with a amount which was not agreed upon.I picked this up on the 2nd July 2023.This theft as nobody ever communicated this to me.

Not happy with what's is happening with regards to the dis-chem loyalty program It's not the first time that the points or money value disappears like I was using it. 21/6/2023 I went to strubensvalley and wanted to use my points but the supervisor informed me the loyalty programs has issues.I payed cash and left Wanting to use it 23/6/2023 I realised my point or money has been used by whom I don't know and this is not th first time
