I STARTED CALLING SPARKS SHOOLS IN OCTOBER AFTER APPLYING ONLINE STAYED WITH A CONSULTANT MORE THAN AN HOUR ON THE PHONE JUST FOR A CALL TO CUT AND THEY WILL NEVER CALL YOU BACK ,I WENT TO SPARKS WELTEVREDEN SEVERALS TIME ONLY TO BE TOLD I NEED TO DO EVERYTHING ON THE PHONE ,WHEN I GET TO THIS CONSULTANT THEY ARE SO UNPROFESSIONAL CALLS KEEP ON CUTTING WITH NO ONE CALLING BACK ALL OF A SUDDEN THE SCHOOL HAS REACHED FULL CAPACITY AND MY CHILD DOESNT HAVE SPACE FOR GRADE 1 WELTEVREDEN THEY TELLING ME TO DRIVE FROM MY HOUSE PASS WHERE I WORK AND DROP OFF MY DAUGHTER HAS TO GO TO SPARKS IN RANDBURG,I STAY IN ROODEPOORT AND I WORK IN ROODEPOORT IT DOESNT EVEN MAKE SENSE FOR ME TO DRIVE TO RANDBURG,I TRUSTED SPARKS SO MUCH WITH MY CHILDS EDUCATION BUT AFTER RECEIVIG A PATHETIC SERVICE FROM SPARKS AM QUESTIONING A LOT ,GEORGE SAID HE WILL CALL ME HE NEVER DID TILL TODAY ,I WAS WAITING FOR THE BANKING DETAILS FROM MANAWE TILL TODAY I NEVER RECEIVED THEM ,AM SOO DISAPPOINTED FROM OCTOBER TILL THIS DAY SPARKS NEVER GAVE ME A CLEAR VIEW FOR MY CHILD ,BEING TRANSFERRED FROM ONE PERSON TO ANOTHER WAS THE WORST
NCR what a poor Service ,Drops calls no answer and get help ,there's a concern on J community loan has Vanished and it is a company that is been registered under NCR ,it has listed me for R800 and now am stuck ,I can't do anything ,whta must I do in this case then
I have been Trying to get hold of this company and they are nowhere to be found, the have listed me with one missed payment no its affecting me negatively and I want to pay them, they are nowhere to be found, no contact no emails nothing ,they don't even answer their phone calls yet they are registered under NCR ,why doesn't NCR register such companies am soooo disappointed
Am very disappointed with the Service am getting from this company after paying R3750 fee and they cant even help with a mere account that i owe R898 they want me to look for the myself and call them myself ,sending emails to the person allocated to be my portfolio manager by the named of Unathi and she doesn't even reply to my emails , How can you pay soo much money and not get the relevant help ,False Advertising is not the best option to clients ,i feel like this company its a **** and i need to be refunded my R3750 back
I went to side by side at clear water Looking for a Sneaker and an a very rude and unprofessional employee by the name of Tshepo said he doesn't have my size i have to leave R500 Deposit so that they can order the shoe to be delivered at the store ,he promised me that the shoe will be delivered the following day and the shoe wasn't delivered ,i waited for 3 weeks for the shoe to be delivered and nothing happened ,now i want my refund and he always had an excuse that they don't have money at the till store ,now hes making the store problem my problem ,this guy saw me i left my R500 with him at the store now he doesn't want to to refund me cause i lost my slip and he knows very well that i did pay my R500 for the shoe that wasn't even there, the shoe it wasn't even part of stock that was in the store so why do i have to loose my R500 for the shoe that was only ordered ,that haven't even arrived ,i feel like this guy is just doing ***** at a store and why doesn't he want to give my R500 back cause the shoes are not part of the store, stock.R500 is a lot of Money i need it back ,and Management Must do something with this Tshepo Guy at side step Clearwater Mall .
I sold my house and this company lawyers took over ,their services was the most poor service I've never come across in my life ,I had to push for everything ,they would go days without updates ,they would just make the process slow on purpose and I don't know why or maybe it was because the house was cheap I don't know ,so now we are at the final stages of the house ,I Falsey told that payment has been done yesterday already and only to find out that it hasn't even been made today ,what kind of lawyers are are giving false information to client am really not happy with this lawyers ,poor services ,false information especially with fees .the disrespect I got from this company is bad and I hope whoever the owner of this company takes further steps of this company with regards to the bad service
Yesterday I called MFC 6 times wanting to settle my vehicle, I was told that Regina Mahlangu is handling my account as it was on arrears and I even tried sending her an email and every time I called, they would take my numbers and say they are sending a request to her she never came back to me, and she never even rep**** to my email. i just called this Moring again and for the seven time someone has to take my number again, I don't think Nedbank as a big bank would have such a horrible service am so disappoint with the kind o service i have received from Nedbank it's a disaster, banks invest so much in their employes and behind the scenes the service we get is very sad ,cause I need to settle my vehicle. I don't why does it have to take the whole just to get a settlement letter and settle my vehicle.
