Disappointed by Takealot’s Empty Promises and Unhelpful Support
Extremely disappointed. Very poor experience. T&Cs are heavily skewed in their favor offering little to no real protection for customers. Support team is slow, unhelpful and dismissive. I won't be using takealot again and would caution others to use this app at their own risk!

Import it all has the worst services.
This is one of the worst places to purchase any items from. I made a purchase from their site and the purchase got cancelled. Still waiting on my refund and it's been over a month. I do not recommend this site at all.
