Still *********** consultants, still waiting for my license disk that has been ordered via the app on 15 September with the promise of being delivered within 3-5 working days. When following up via the WhatsApp channel Lelo stated that my delivery address was incorrect, just to found it it weren't, Capitec has allocated the plot number as an postal address. Lelo confirmed on 23 September: Your license disc request has been successfully processed. Within 2 business days you'll receive a waybill number number from the courier. when followed up 25 September, Prudence told me no, i must sent a email ad gave me the email address. I did, and no assistance, I came then to Hello Peter to warn people about the *********** people at Capitec and then Calino van der Ross from the complaint department contacted me with all sorts of promises, and guess what STILL no license disc and still no feedback . Yesterday I was told they waiting for feedback from the courier? and no feedback, again now I followed up, and complaint under investigation!!
All lies that your license disk will be delivered within 3-5 working days, its now day 10 and still no delivery upon follow up for the last 3 days every consultant have another story and and still no license disk. not 1 consultant say the same as the other and gone is my license.
The broker Ernie Pieterse, went out of his way to assist us with products that are tailored to our needs, with each question we had he took his time and explained in a friendly manner so that we can understand. He was always friendly and professional, never have we felt like " just another sale". Its easy to apply and no million paperwork or unnecessary questions to be answered. We look forward to the road ahead with OUTsurance together with Ernie Pieterse.
i made payment arrangements on my WFS card and keep by them by paying them on time every time and keep mailing them the proof of payments and every day they phone me telling me i did not make payments.
And still the struggle continues after complaining last month (October)! Empty promises were made regarding fixing my account, and credits that will be passed. None happened, trying to contact them is a struggle keep on referring me to the TOBI ****. I keep on requesting a statement/invoice from last month and this month to see see what's happening and still I don't receive it, just receiving SMS' giving me an amount to pay ??? and this amount is not right. how can it be possible that it is so difficult to receive the invoices/ statements?? You just want money that is not yours. if you can find a competent person working at Vodacom please ask them to click a few buttons and mail me the October and November Invoices and statement.
On 4 October I turned to Hello Peter regarding issues at Vodacom when I up graded. 9 October I was contacted by Vodacom and the issue were resolved by telephone, after the telephone conversation a mail were sent from Vodacom to confirm how the issue will be resolved and guess what the mail is not the same that was discussed and agreed upon by telephone!!!I've been mailing since then and no reply, so now again, still issues with VODACOM who cant resolve issues what they caused.
I wanted to cancel my Vodacom contract, and when I phoned in I was presented with a attractive deal top up flexi account to receive R140 airtime a month, which took because its much cheaper than currently paying, and a better price was also given to the other number also on the same account. Well when i received the invoice for this month its all the same amounts as before. and now all of the sudden is a RED FLEXI account with 50min airtime???? AND WHAT A STRUGGLE TO HAVE THIS RESOLVED I WANT WHAT I SIGNED UP FOR WILL NOT PAY THIS INCORRECT AMOUNTS AND WANT MY R140 AIRTIME NOT 50 MIN CALL TIME.
I hope the people at the call center and emailing services of Liberty Life, read this, because- NO thanks of your incompetency my issue was resolved, by Leon Muller a financial advisor at Securitas who called in help from CJ Heckroodt a Liberty Broker Consultant, who saw my struggle with the call centre, who both had nothing to do with my issue, jumped in and assisted me and giving me answers. Thank you Leon Muller @ Securitas Financial Group and CJ Heckroodt a Liberty Broker Consultant.
*********** people , even the people replying to complaints on HelloPeter I have been struggling with them since May! They make promises just to hush you to make complaints and then the struggle continue again.
There are no customer service even though we are clients from them since 2015. We get no assistance and if you call, then either the recording say that the call center is not currently working or simply no answer- if you send a mail explain your situation asking them to please phone you back, they don't they simply mail you back with random answers not assisting you with your issue.
