Rico is the best
Thank you VW Hatfield Pretoria, and particularly Rico for the fantastic service. I was really worried when my car started making a noise it shouldn't, but Rico's calm, professional, and knowledgeable service really put me at ease

Braydon Mileham is the best
Naked Insurance makes it very easy to sign up, and their premiums were better than I could get anywhere else I would specifically like to thank Braydon Mileham for the fantastic assistance he provided me in assisting with cancelling my old Insurance policy, fantastic service.

I dont know what to do anymore, MitMak wont fix your car
I dont know what to do anymore, I bought my car in May 2023, and to this day (March 2024) I am yet to have a functioning vehicle. My car has been returned to MitMak multiple times, and since purchase they have had the car to try repair it, more than I have had the car. I have spent months paying for a vehicle that I dont even have in my possession. I have left multiple reviews, and each time someone just calls and says "Please take it down, youre affecting my livelihood, I will make this right" then I never hear from that person again. I have had to go to the Ombudsman as MitMak appear to simply not have the ability to fix this. MitMak please dont bother to call me to take this down. Fix something and then I might take it down.

MitMak Motors sells broken cars
I have owned my Ford Fiesta since May 2023. It is now November 2023 and to this day MitMak have been unable to fix a car they sold me. MitMak sold me an absolute Lemon. My car has been returned to MitMak more than 5 times, with a collective time of over 1 and a half months being back at the dealership, adding KMs to my car. I have been driving in hideous courtesy cars, whilst trying to still pay for my own broken car. This is unacceptable

After Sale service and workshop TERRIBLE
I have recently purchased a car from MitMak, I was promised great things when purchasing my 2013 Ford Fiesta, I was promised a full tank of petrol, I was promised that the few issues that the car has would be resolved, I was promised a celebration when getting the car. I received none of these things, after arriving on a Monday, assured my car would be ready, it was not, I was then assured it would be ready on Tuesday, and after waiting till 8PM, I received a car with less than half a tank of petrol, and a car that was not in the required shape with issues. After having multiple of these issues fixed myself, at my own cost, I was left with one issue on my side mirror that I was promised would be resolved, and I have been fighting ever since to get any sort of answer on this. The after sale service has been terrible, and I will be sure to never let anyone I care for purchase from MitMak.
