Amazed by the service from Mr kay himself Delivery sufficient service and went out of his way to make sure I get the best service and Delivery to my door step.
Hi fnb has been inconvenienced my life since last week Thursday been having a hold on my accounts despite submitting my documents both from the bank branch and via emails no help has been given to me till to date a week without funds while I have money in my accounts. Been talking to consultants to consultants since Monday call after that I'm using my own airtime with no help or better service mind u I've been with the bank for the last ten years .for me to get such service as private client account user why we paying so much to get such poor services 😔 😪 🙃 with kids at home and funds to buy food or transportation to go and run my business how do they expect us go survive. Blocked funds means hungry kids and poor services to my clients as self employed person. A loss of up to 50k this week alone I've suffered and with debit orders going through a negative balance it means I'll be owing the bank and all the debit orders that are going to go through . I've spoken to up to ten consultants since Monday none of them are being helpful 🙃
