Oh no no no no, do not even think of it! I sold a vehicle early Jan 25, requested that Cartrack remove it from the vehicle before it gets sold in Louis Trichardt- Limpopo. The vehicle was sold to a guy staying in Nelspruit. They then were requested to remove it from the vehicle which they agreed to and which we paid R870 for. After countless phone calls they eventually agreed to have the cartrack removed and installed into my new vehicle on 1 April 25, but unfortunately they made a April fool of me. 7 days later I have not heard from them after some more phone calls. The right hand do no know what the left is doing.. No one takes responsibility, the new trend in our country. Who is the boss? Who is prepared to take responsibility. If this is not sorted out by the end of the week I will cancel all my subscriptions and my sons subscriptions. The guy in Nelspruit is still travelling with my cartrack and my insurance is not covering theft on our vehicles.
It is now 3 months since my order, I got a email reply saying they will send the order asap. And 2 months later still nothing. This company is NOT Cape Town based and they are ****ming people into losing money. My order cost me R1000, imagine how much money they are *****ing from people. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE TSOTI'S
This overseas company is ****ming buyers into thinking it is Cape Town based. My order is "in transit" and "on its way" for exactly 1 month now. Hopefully i get my order before next winter. Do not buy from them
On 26 March 2024 my bank account was frozen because of a *****ulent transaction. After numerous calls and incident references, i hear today that the documentation which I submitted at Capitec Musina branch Musina Mall was never submitted by the agent? Never have I had any feedback. My Sassa money was not paid into my account because it was frozen, but the agent assured me that I just cant withdraw but payments can be made into the account. Looks like the agents on the *****ulent call center are also not trained to give the wright information.
May, June, July and now August. I havent received my order yet. Precious feedback just an apology but nothing done, no update on even trying to track the parcel with order number supp****. Now they want pictures of what i ordered aalthough they have an order number. And then again silence. But i am not going to keep silent. I want the world to know not to buy from Fruugo.
Order almost 3 months and not yet received. Last tracking 3 June. Cant contact them. Will NEVER EVER order from them again. Also wrote bad review on other sites where they rep**** promising to contact me but alas... BAD BUSINESS South Africa.
