I want refund
I app**** a loan at easyfin loan 6 months back after applying I accepted the debit mandate 2 days before I get my 350 I request to cancel.. they debited 250 then the next month I requested to cancel mind you they didn’t give me the loan of 350 a I app**** for ..after 3 months they debited R98 when I asked for cancellation they said no cancellation they kept on debiting from June until now guys I want refund because I didn’t get the loan you guys promised you are a ****

Wardrobe insurance not fixed I fixed it
I bought wardrobe at best home electronic at Krugersdorp.. after 7 months the wardrobe broke very badly but it needed strong pin to fix it .. I call at Lewis management I was told that someone will come to see it .. indeed a guy and a lady came and they took some pictures.. after 10 days I called them again telling them to come to fixed it they lady from management told me to sent pictures I did so .. later she told me she will send someone to fix it .. I waited for the whole month no one came when I called them back they told me no we can't fixed it because you broke it n there was bag on top n I moved it with clothes inside I told her it's a side bag and emptying bag honestly that bag I used to when I take my child to the clinic it was empty.. the lady said they can't fixed it .... I tried to fix it but it needed strong pin to pin it again .... I told them I pay insurance can they cancel insurance they said insurance it can't be cancel and the wardrobe cover only if they stole it her story is not making sense at all she could've told me from the onset that the wardrobe is not covered but I know very well that it is covered so why they refuse to cancel the insurance because clearly my wardrobe no one is going to ***** I can't cover wardrobe for if it its ******...they even said it's unfixable Lewis is a **** when it comes to wardrobe there wardrobe are not quality just a display

My debt hero issues
That is very concerning I earn 6500 right I got a call from debt review explaining how they work . I was so interested that they will reduce my debt they said they deduct 2800 to accept the mandate is the only amount am going to pay all my debt will be paid. I didn't know how it worked I kept on receiving calls from other companies saying those people don't help you actually put your self in more debts .. They asked me to cancel when I call my debt hero after 1 day I accepted the mandate they said I can't cancel I will have to pay R10000 to R15000 for me to cancel because they have made the arrangements to court I was like only 2 days I can't cancel what kind of the business is my debt review is a playing with people mind you I pay them 2800 and 1054 for Lewis and 1200 for phones and am in errears for 1800 for loans guys how am I supposed to be living with my 2 kids I pay 900 for crèche and my first born is in grade 4 am paying 600 and transport of 300 guys tell me what do do with this issue .. because when I try to talk to them that I will stick with my debts I will be fine unfortunately you can't cancel even though they didn't do first withdrawal.. now they tell me I have to go to court if I want to cancel different people tell me different story .. what kind of my debt zero is guys if you haven't started with my debt review think twice before going in .. or maybe we don't have dsame problem it might work for you .. but for me this is a **** how am I going to pay my debt
