While being on the app bettting on a 50cents slot game at about 17:00 10/03/2026 with an amount of R80 in my account ot of no where mid spin my funds just vanished trying my best to trace the money contacting betway no answer except for automated betty refering me to a live agent. This is the second time something like this has happened in November of 2025 i loaded an amount that after confirming it is in as soon as i went to the slots it disappeared. Back then i excepted the los after failing to get any sort of feedback from betway. This time around im fed up betway are robbing us blind ppl

Complaint on reference and email send on 24 Nov , call back from Rain 5G service but not satisfied with their responds. I am without wifi service my router is totally off not going on and on the app it says my account is in arrears I have full proof of payments. The app shows I am outstanding of 2 payments can this please be rectified
My Rain 5G service has been disconnected without prior notification, and this account is paid up to date 22 Nov 2024. I am very disappointed and unhappy with the service I am getting and it's not the first time they do this.
Its been more then four months that i have been having the very same problem with my rain account. Myself and my wife has been changing our payment date to the 15th of each month due to the fact that our pay date is on the 15th each month we pay our full installment only to be vut off on the 1st of each month meaning we pay for for 30days but only recieve 15days of service. We have complained numerous times only to suffer the same ill treatment each time. Rain does not worry its customer to them we all just debit orders on a piece of paper
I would never advise any person to sign up with rain . I specificcally asked for a month to month package from rain . Reason for this was in order for me not to incure debt i wad assured from rain that that is exactly what i got i was made to understand how the service would work was that for each month paid i would then receive service. If payment was not made service would then be cut following the next payment date. For 3months now not only have i been paying for full 30day service but only receiving 15days worth of service with Rain cutting my service on the 1st of every new month which leads to me spending 100's of rands speaking to the unproffesional call centre agents who apparently has no immediate managers or supervisors to further assist clients furthermore ive just been made aware of a r800 debt on a month to month contract which does not make sense. It is my strong opinion that Rain SA is being run by ******, if this happens to me on a monthly basis what about out senior citizens that blindly pay up.
I am greatly disappointed with my experience with Rain 5g home network. It is clear that they are nothing more than ******s who care only about taking people's hard-earned money. I have been on a month to month contract with them, and was led to believe that if I missed a payment, my service would be cut. However, when I missed one payment, not only was my account in arrears,even though i didnt recieve service i still accumulated debt which I was never informed about. Upon making the payment, I received only 7 days worth of service instead of the 30 days that were agreed upon. I contacted the support centre for assistance, but the agent I spoke to was unhelpful and unprofessional. Not only was she unwilling to give us any contact information for a senior agent or manager, but she also made it clear that we were not going to receive a refund for the days we were not connected. It is appalling that Rain 5g home network is treating its customers in this way, taking advantage of their trust and robbing them of their money. How many other people have fallen victim to their deceiving tactics? It is disheartening to see such a company still in business, preying on innocent people. I would not recommend Rain 5g home network to anyone looking for a reliable internet service provider.
