No Correspondence - Account Handed Over
We had an unpaid account with Ampath, which was handed over to Lexmed. I do not believe this account should have been handed over as we NO CORRESPONDENCE advising us that it was outstanding. I have asked Lexmed and Pansegrouw attorneys to send me proof of delivery of statements and no one has bothered. Very unprofessional. It is not fair that we now have a tarnished name due to someones negligence. A simple apology would have sufficed, although I do feel that the legal fees should be refunded to us.

No Correspondence - Account Handed Over
We had an unpaid account from Ampath that was handed over to Lexmed. First of all, Lexmed were confused about which account it was that was unpaid. Secondly, I queried this outstanding account as we had no correspondence from anyone regarding this account before it was handed over. I have asked on several occasions for proof of delivery of statements and no one has bothered to come back to me. It is not right that this account was handed over as we were not aware that it was unpaid.

No Correspondence - Account Handed Over
We had an unpaid account with Ampath for R89. We had absolutely no correspondence from anyone, no statements, no SMS, no email - they have all those details. They handed the account over to Lexmed (who have no clue what they are doing and are so rude) So we had to pay +-R200 instead of R89. I asked for proof of delivery of statements or any correspondence - not one person has bothered to come back to me. Am very upset with Ampath - we had another unpaid account which we received an SMS about - paid the same day!<br> If anyone will bother to contact me you can do so by email.

Animals in distress
Was very saddened to see the conditions in which the chickens and reptiles are kept. The poor chickens are kept in tiny dirty cages 24/7 and are clearly stressed as they are pulling their feathers out. The bearded dragons are so distressed they look sick- desperately trying to escape their dirty tanks. It's actually heartbreaking that this is allowed. I made a comment to my two year old that the shop sucks and the owner overheard me and gave me a drop dead look- if u had any decency or respect for animals you would have asked why I would say such a thing. I really hope the spca shut you down soon

I am desperately looking for your gastrointestinal comfort milk and can't seem to find it anywhere in Jhb. Please urgently advise where I can get it. My baby is 4 weeks old and suffering because I've had to change his milk. Non of the baby shops or even dischem have.
