From first walking in not being greeted and shown to our table having to wait 10 minutes for someone to come and ask us for our orders. They look fairly busy but 3-4 waiters just standing around doing nothing. There are papers lying around everywhere other people's tissues. This place is utterly disgusting and staff not doing a good job.
I had the most incredible experience celebrating my girlfriend's 21st birthday at Spur in GlenGarry, and I just have to share how fantastic everything was! From the moment we arrived, the owner made us feel incredibly welcome, with such a warm and friendly vibe that set the tone for the whole evening. Their hospitality was truly exceptional, and it was clear they really cared about making our celebration special. The atmosphere was perfect for the occasion, with great music, delicious food, and an overall vibe that was just right for a birthday celebration. The staff were attentive, efficient, and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. They even brought out a personalized dessert for my girlfriend, which was a beautiful touch that made the evening even more memorable. We were truly impressed by the attention to detail and the level of care shown throughout the night. It’s rare to find a place that combines such great service with a welcoming, homely feel, and Spur in GlenGarry has definitely earned our loyalty. We’ll absolutely be supporting them again, and I highly recommend anyone looking for a memorable, enjoyable dining experience to check them out. Dear Vumatel Team, I am writing to express my deep frustration with the exceptionally poor service I have been receiving from your team. I have been waiting since Monday for someone to call and schedule a visit to assess the issues with my internet speeds. Despite my repeated attempts to get in touch, I am still left without any resolution. As an IT professional, I understand the importance of timely responses, especially when dealing with escalated issues. However, I was informed that my ticket was escalated, yet it seems that this has made absolutely no difference. If an issue is escalated, it should be treated as a priority (P1) problem, but this does not appear to be the case here, and your team has not demonstrated any urgency in addressing my concerns. Moreover, Vox reached out to me and asked me to perform the speed tests once again, which I did as requested. Despite completing these tests, I have heard nothing from Vumatel since. This lack of communication is utterly unacceptable, and I am now unable to carry out my work due to unreliable internet service. I am truly disappointed by this ongoing lack of professionalism and response from your side. I expect a prompt and meaningful resolution to this matter, as it is severely impacting my ability to work. Please ensure that someone contacts me as soon as possible to arrange an onsite visit or provide a clear and reasonable explanation for the ongoing delays. If "minus 2 million was possible"
I have had the most frustrating experience with Vox Telecom, and I cannot stress enough how dissatisfied I am with their service. To start with, their technical support team is incredibly inconsistent when it comes to troubleshooting advice. Every time I’ve reached out for help, I’ve received different instructions, some of which have been completely unhelpful or even incorrect, making it impossible to resolve the issues I’ve been facing. This lack of uniformity and clarity is beyond frustrating. To make matters worse, the quality of the line is absolutely appalling. The fluctuations are so bad that I can barely hold a conversation without the call cutting out or becoming unintelligible. It's as if I'm talking through static noise or echoing, making communication nearly impossible. This has been an ongoing issue, and the repeated poor performance makes it feel like I'm paying for a service that isn't even functional. What has really pushed me to my limit, though, is the lack of customer support. I’ve been on hold via WhatsApp with an agent for 45 minutes and have yet to receive any response. This lack of timely support is just unacceptable. If I could give a rating of “minus a million,” I would. The frustration is unbearable, and the service is downright poor. I would absolutely not recommend Vox Telecom to anyone. Their technical support is unreliable, their line quality is **********, and their customer service is non-existent. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for a provider who actually cares about its customers.
My Experience with McDonald's durbanville was horrific. Yesterday myself my girlfriend and friend came to eat here and they got our order completely wrong. We ordered big Macs and got veggie burgers. And today I was told they can't make mango frappes but they made for other customers. There service is pathetic and has been for the past few weeks. Things are not looking good. When there is customers that want to lay they stand behind the counter behind their phone not helping. Yesterday there was a dad with his kids that also complained about them taking forever to prepare food and when it arrives it's wrong
I would not recommend baardbos as a business. Don't know about anyone but I don't want to do business with people that **** other people. the owner of baardbos come out with his cousin to my house to come and pick something up they left and said they were going to pay when they reach Herm**** and when they got there, they blocked us and ran away with our stuff. They were even rude to us. I won't support a business of where the owner is a ****mer. I will be taking them to court.
My experience with them is 0. I have had 0 communication from them. After paying form my order that was a lot of money they don't communicate adequately, and they don't give feedback. they also never properly answer their what's app lines. If 0 stars was an option, it would have been -100 stars
My Experience with Telkom is absolutely horrific, if no star was an option I would give it, only reason I gave 1 star is because otherwise I can't write a review. My problem is they charge R202,00 per debit order bounced how does that work by R200 and not like R50 or R30. I called then a few weeks ago because my phone was switched off and they informed me over the phone that there was R200 outstanding that I paid and that was because of debit order that bounced. paid this moths account and boom account gets switched off again this time to R60-00 being outstanding and never did the lady say that when i called they only informed me once i went in, so now my phone is off and the cant provide me with all my statments or my contract.

Such bad service from Fidelity secure drive. I was in a car accident on Wednesday on the N2 for me it was strange as it was my first i felt unsafe and pressed the Panick as it was early hours. after pressing the panic button, they never called me back being in such a situation has made me realize that there is a problem, a received an email from amber connect saying they won't call me after each panic because my car sends panics that there is something wrong with the unit. trying to schedule a emergency repair on the unit but nobody can help me. so bad after service. and that was the second unit installed as the first one was faulty as well.
