From first walking in not being greeted and shown to our table having to wait 10 minutes for someone to come and ask us for our orders. They look fairly busy but 3-4 waiters just standing around doing nothing. There are papers lying around everywhere other people's tissues. This place is utterly disgusting and staff not doing a good job.

Our experience at SEAT restaurant was incredibly disappointing. We brought our twin daughters there to celebrate their 16th birthday, but aside from the enjoyable live music, the service was abysmal. It took nearly two hours for our food to arrive, and 30 minutes for our drinks. Even a simple kiddie meal of a burger and fries took two hours to be served. Despite repeated inquiries about our orders, we received no satisfactory explanations. Eventually, after several other tables who arrived after us had already finished their meals and left, we were so desperate that we considered buying takeaway for our youngest daughter who was starving. The managers were unhelpful, dismissive, and even sarcastic when I tried to convey our frustrations. They made empty promises to address the situation and offered nothing but excuses. They even tried to blame our poor waiter, who seemed overwhelmed and inexperienced. The food was average at best and overpriced for what we received. We will not be returning to SEAT restaurant, and it is clear that they have no concern for customer satisfaction. Our party was only six people, but we were treated with complete disregard.

I went to seat yesterday to have a meal and beer . I was told by management to leave after 5 minutes because the useless singer eva morgan did not like my presense there . I did move out but got a chair from the restaurant next door and sat outside the perimeter area , the manager confiscated my beer . I then went in to say goodbye to my friends and the manager rudely told me i cant do that. I am 74 and both the manager and one of the waiters threatened to give me a hiding !

This was the first time we tried this restaurant, we've been waiting for a while to go there. The service was not too bad, the waiter polite, atmosphere was good... The food for me was not up to scratch. I had sushi for starters which was ok, the kitchen messed up my first order which I sent back for it to be redone. For mains I ordered the Chicken Trinchado, the sauce and toasted panini it came with was delicious, however the actual chicken was bland, unseasoned and more like boiled compared to the menu saying it was pan fried. The chicken was not cooked fully and also had an off tatse to it, it tasted like the smell of raw chicken breasts. When I asked the waiter if I could speak to the manager about it, a very arrogant lady approached me telling me that this is how they make the chicken and that there was nothing she could do about it. Between herself and the Chef, they supposedly tasted the chicken and accepted this as their standard - not even an apology to have my meal redone or offer me an alternative so that I could actually eat what I paid for. The service from that manager was disgusting, and I walked out of a restaurant still hungry, where I paid for food which was inedible. Cherry on the top? The manager offered me the remainder of my food as a take away and said "if I don't want it, the car guard would be more than happy to take it". Needless to say I left the food which I paid for in full at that same restaurant. Never going back to such disgusting service, especially a place where customer service does not exist. I have never had such an awful experience at a restaurant before and I have never left my food behind, even my left overs.

A better experience than this could never be asked for. A lovely setting for 2, with a the most beautiful sunset, absolutely stunning! Attention to detail, atmosphere that makes you want to stay. Staff is like a breath of fresh air.
