Mad man apologises to Bokeh management
I suffer from bipolar and i did not take my pills for 2 days ! I was out of control and management threw me out ! I wrote untrue things about the place ! I apologised to the owner ! Its the best karoeke bar in the whole cape town and i complement adrian lazarus the owner . Ladies can go there by themselves and feel totally secure ! Parents do not have to worry ! Seat *** place *** ambience useless perforners
I went to seat yesterday to have a meal and beer . I was told by management to leave after 5 minutes because the useless singer eva morgan did not like my presense there . I did move out but got a chair from the restaurant next door and sat outside the perimeter area , the manager confiscated my beer . I then went in to say goodbye to my friends and the manager rudely told me i cant do that. I am 74 and both the manager and one of the waiters threatened to give me a hiding !

Ugly bar lady kicks patron out of bar
I was drinking at the Royal Oak with friends last night 4 April 2024 . There was a tall blonde waitress with long legs serving . The lady at our table gave her a compliment ! Being a man but 74 gave her a compliment ! She took offence and chased me out the bar. I could not even finish my drink . Your bar lady was dressed inappropriately and showing her whole body through her shirt pants . She is definitely not even pretty ! I take offence to her behaviour and she should be fired .i go to the Royal Oak often

Steers disgusting burger.
I ordered the phanda meal. It was disgusting ! The patty inside was as hard as a rock . I only ate a little and returned the plate to manager . He did not even offer to refund And I got food poisoning from this burger

Brights hardware won’t refund me R289 due to product not having the box anymore.
I have been back to Brights Sunningdale to get a refund for a brand new water sprayer 4 times . The management still this day won’t refund me . In fact they are taking me to the high court to force me to retract whatever I have said about their *********** service . Mr Sergio Pedro a director has no idea how to treat a customer . The product is worth only R289.

The best shawarma , falafel, etc in cape town
The best swarma in Cape Town. Service excellent . Food DELICIOUS . David the owner makes u feel at home immediately, as if u part of the family. I had the beef . I recommend the brinjal for vegetarians. Chicken Schnitzel, falafel , humus pita and many more . I wish I was a part owner . Also very clean and spotless . My compliments
