I would like to write a review about Cartrack Trying to schedule a deinstallation/reinstallation. The service was pathetic. On two tries it took me at least an hour and half on the phone, I must have heard the sales message about 50 times while holding on. It is impossible to call the Durban office as the call is diverted to the Joburg call centre. Very frustrating. Eventually Neo was able to schedule the job but even that was nearly 2 weeks in the future and the process took about 10 to 15 minutes.
