I am a returning customer and this was my fourth purchase from Luxe Homme, which is why this experience has been disappointing. I ordered a custom bracelet which was initially customised incorrectly. I brought this to their attention and, while correcting it, I also realised that I had made a typing error myself, which I acknowledged. During a follow-up call with a representative, I was spoken to in a manner I found unprofessional and dismissive, including statements such as “I genuinely don’t have time to service you alone, I have clients waiting” and “Don’t play victim.” The call was ended while I was still speaking. I later followed up via email requesting a resolution (refund or replacement). I was told I would receive feedback, but no one called or responded despite waiting. As a loyal customer, I expected a more respectful and solution-focused approach. I am simply seeking a fair resolution to this matter and hope the company will address it professionally.
Yesterday I was at La parada menlyn maine. The service there was so poor! We walked in me and my sisters the hostess gave a table and she went back to her post, then we were left unattended for full 15 minutes while waiters and waitress are drinking tea on the floor!!! Communicating and giving each other high fives. Some were just standing.
I am happy with luxe Homme services. Produced exactly what I requested. Great quality and they deliver on time♥️
