****roaches walking on the food and dessert at the buffet. Manager Lex will not allow us in the kitchen to check out!!!! Someone please need to inspect health, safety and quality control of this hotel!!!!!
I have posted regarding my query with Vodacom Fibre!!! My query is still not resolved they called me as they saw my post on hello Peter still no and I was told the issue will be escalated they still refuse to cancel my subscription and up to date I am still without internet and have not heard from them!!!! This goes against all the rules of TCF Vodacom should be taken off their market their service is pathetic and they complicate customers lives
The worst service provider ever!!!!! My fibre line has been off for over two weeks. I called in to let them know they logged a ticket with the technician after day 4 I call back for a follow up I was told they still working on it (bare in mind I work from home) day 7 I call in again I am told that my line was deleted by open-serve I ask why? They tell me they don’t know why and I’m going to be reimbursed for my downtime I call in to cancel my subscription with them they refuse to assist me I am then told the person that was busy with my query needs to cancel it and she is on lunch she will call be back when she comes back from lunch. A day has passed I have still not received a call back from Vodacom. I called again to cancel my subscription I am now told that the systems is down so they can’t cancel!!!! They refuse to cancel my subscription but they unable to solve my query or offer quality service at this point I’m extremely frustrated and have spent so much money on data and loss so much time out of work due to this wifi issue!!!! Please assist!!
