They take your money, and never delivers
Do not order from them! I ordered a replacement part for an appliance. I was made all kinds of promises about the delivery, which has not happened. Initially when I called the lady answering the phone told me she is new, no one else is around and she cannot help me with a refund. They have now stopped answering their phones completely, they do not respond to emails or whatsapp messages.

Incorerct charges on phone bill
Hi there,<br> <br> I have noticed that there is a charge of R86 on my bill. The description says WP 2014 VAAL TRIANGLE WP (VTR). I have querried this before and it was removed from my account. If i'm not mistaken this is something to do with a listing at a company called Trudon. I did not sign up for anything relating to this. I'm not a contract but have a month to month billing. I want this removed from my account and i want to be refunded for all the payments i have made towards this. On my latest account it is showing payment 9 of 12. I want to be refunded for all of those payments. If you say that i signed up for this, i want you to show me proof of that.<br> <br> I have tried contacting you via your website multiple times with no success. I'm currently out of the country on business and cannot be reached by phone. Please communicate via email.<br> <br> Regards,<br> Jacques
