Not sure what is happening with Courier Guy. I have been using them for years and service has always been brilliant. Until recently, Rude Delivery guys. packages not collected, really poor communication. And Today has just put it over the top for me. Collection was booked 30 may 11h37, I get an email late yesterday afternoon, package not collected, as business was closed. collection will be re-scheduled. NO WHERE did it state they needed a pre-alert to collect. They had the entire morning to contact me to let me know they needed this document. Only when I called the Johannesburg branch was I told they needed the pre-alert. another day is lost and package still not collected. Now I have to let my customer Know their order will be delayed. This is NOT acceptable. I will be looking for a new Courier Company starting Monday.
I have been a client of Webafrica for a number of years. I have always been happy with the level of service. Any Issue we may have had was resolved quickly and efficiently. Till today that is. I received notification that the credit card payment failed. But bank advised card was fine. I have now been trying for the last 3 hours to reach a human at webafrica to get bank details so that I can do an EFT payment and avoid my account been suspended. The "Super Duper fast" Whatsapp Support 2 hours and nothing. What has happened to Webafrica? Really disappointed. Guess they can just suspend my line, because clearly they don't need the business if they not bothered to respond to their clients. I'm going to start looking for a new ISP.
we contracted Eddington Mabhena from TAPS -Total Alterations and property Servicing to repair and upgrade our home - 2 months to fix a roof and paint the outside of the house. From 7 December 2014 when they completed the renovations we have been asking Eddington to fix a leak on the roof that was supposed to have already been repaired. it is now the 17 Feb 2015 and to date nothing has been done. and now the problem is getting worse. The only thing you can be sure of from TAPS is empty promises and excuses.

So as a public service, If you are considering using TAPS for Renovations, and they ask for a deposit for the materials, i strongly suggest you buy the materials yourself and only pay for the labor once it is all completed to your satisfaction. Eddington has the ability to offer good service, however the frustration that comes with trying get him to do what you have contracted and paid him to do is really not worth it.

Look around first for alternative handyman, it will hopefully save you time, money and Frustration. We now have to find someone else to fix the problem and send more money.
