I have a parcel been sent from CT to Secunda on 8 May 2025. On Monday 12 May 2025 the tracking said it is out for delivery from Witbank to Secunda. No delivery on 12 May. 15 May the tracking said out for delivery again. Still no delivery. I kept phoning the Witbank branch, but no one ever picks up. 16 May 2025 I still get no answer at Witbank. I tried head office and after holding for 20 min an operator ensured me the parcel will be delivered on 16 May. That they say the previous days, nobody was at home. The problem being them lying as I have motion activated CCTV at my gate. There had been NO attempt to deliver the parcel. It took 3 days from CT to Witbank (1400km) but currently a week later and only 100km away, the parcel has still not been delivered. I phoned and phoned again. Holding on for longer than 30min on 16 May but no answer at Customer care. Finally got hold of Witbank branch who assured me it will be delivered on 16 May. Well 19 May 2025 and still no parcel. Them lying to say no one was at home is the cherry on top. I would give 0 stars if possible. Waybill number: CDJ08F080946
<p>I wanted a new contract for a pre-paid number. Already having another contract I've been told I've been moved to the c3d system. However it took 3 weeks and many calls, onlne chats and even visits to the local branch before someone from the 3cd system called me and we finilized the contract for the pre-paid number. I received the phone via courier, phoned ********** and follow their instructions. However, the new contract is now on a new number and NOT on the prepaid number I requesed and was assured many times it would be on. I went to 2 local stores, have been on the phone for more than a hour, been put through from one operator to another, but NOBODY can assist me! It is an error on Vodacoms side and I aspect them to correct it. The local stores assured me if I got the phone through them they could fix the problem in 2 ticks, but since it was bought online they can not help me. I am very frustrated and regret that I ported my number from another service provider.</p>
