Despite the fact that I have sent proof of payment of a Telkom account and .many E mails regarding this issue I have now been threatened with legal action I have sent a mail keeping this company in the loop and once again I do not get the courtesy of. Reply only ANOTHER TICKET NUMBER. The inefficiency is mind boggling.I hope that this review is read. Mrs Marilyn Dinner
Despite the fact that I have sent the. E mails with proof of payment in June All I get is threatening letters and another ticket number telling me that they will come back to me.As yet I have had no response to a single E mail a knowledging my payment just ticket numbers assuring me if their best attention at all times and nothing is done I have nothing left to do except let them take legal action and then I will deal with the lawyers and show them my proof of payment I have never been treated to this inefficient and absolutely abominable lack of attention to sort out a simple payment made months ago and sort this matter out. This company does not deserve one star even.They are ineffectual badly run and even worse trained.I received a legal notice threatening legal action and rep**** with proof of payment made last June enclosing proof of payment.They rep**** giving me a ticket number and advising me they would give my query their best attention. Needle to say I heard nothing but guess what received and even more threatening letter advising me that they would throw the book at me if I did not pay.I have paid.I sent POP. An answer is now required not threats.
I have been trying to get hold of the credit manager at Strauss Daly to no avail.I have explained in detail the problems that I have that prohibits me from paying my Woolworths account.She has not answered one E Mail or made one call to acknowledge my explanation for non payment.my husband hypoglycaemia and went into a coma .he also has epilepsy.dinentia and was hospitalised.I am 76 And he is 86 and I am disabled and cannot lift him any more.We are being moved to an Old Age home and our pensions will pay for our stay there ai have had an account at Woolworths for over 20 Years and never missed a payment.I have written to this lady three times and she does not bother to answer.
