********* business practices, bad customer service, I bought a car from them with numbers of issues that occurred within 6months of purchase n I contacted them n send me an email with the complain form, with the instruction to take the motor vehicle to rmi approved assessment center at my own cost n listed all things that are not right n needed to be fixed with quotation n they refused to fix or pay for the repairs
Bought the air fryer online for R900 on the 9th June 2023,and I recieved an email with confirmation of purchase ref no mak4670894, on the 12 June 2023 I recieved an email with confirmation confirmation of the delivery to, which I never received nor sign for the item, I then send the reply, stating that I did not receive the item, nobody from makro responded, I phone the call the call centre spoke with 6 different agent, all of them telling me that the matter has been escalated. They don't follow up on queries, they are not interested in customer care, they take your money, n u must be the one making unattended follow up, I have lost around R300 on calls, till today the matter is still escalated
