Human touch is appreciated. No patch to Digitisation
Recently we faced a medical emergency situation that compelled us to cancel a long-needed holiday at very short notice. It was a breath of fresh air when I received a sympathetic attitude followed by efficiency and direction for what was to be done in the situation. This must not be underestimated as I was shaken and in retrospect confused and not thinking straight.

I purchased Mobile home unit. Custom built that got damagef during offloading. The after sales service was phenominal. They sent an expert surpervisor and component team team to repair to better than original.

Excellent old fashion service
TETCON SALES in 6th Avenue Newton Park Port Elizabeth has a fantastic team. I walked in with a broken cordless drill. Three hours later I received a call to say it had been repaired free of charge. The friendliness, willingness to assist, walking the extra mile due to me not having all documentation. I had the feeling that I was there to be served and not just a nuisance. Well done keep it up team.

I, as gift to a good friend, had a lot of questions about the resort and requirements to book the best gift I could. The friendly service, extreme patience and professionalism exercised was a breath of fresh air in a generally mediocre to poor serviced country.
