Bought the Mckennna sideboard. It's beautiful and came in good condition. My biggest issue with them is the lack of communication. They said they will send me a tracking number but none was sent. What I instead got was a call from the delivery drivers informing me they are at my gate. It was a complete inconvenience. Can Cielo please work on this where the delivery company calls beforehand and arranges a suitable day for delivery
I HAVE waited months to receive money that is rightfully owed to me. I have waited for this refund since May.I gave them time since they said my payment has been processed but it has now been over a month since I got that email. Can makro please allocate someone to my issue who will close this out. I called 4 times today and couldn't get through to anyone. I am tired of waiting honestly. I wouldn't suggest anyone use makro because this has been a very terrible experience
It's been like 4 months since I logged my return and a month since my previous hellopeter review. In my last review Makro rep**** and said they will work on my return. They clearly didn't work on it since I still don't have my money back. Each time I call there is a new issue.
I contacted them online for an antenuptial contract for me and my fiancé. Everything was done professionally and within a short period of time. We were 30 minutes late to the contract signing due to us getting lost but they still accommodated us. I loved their service and will be going back in future for any matters that require lawyers.
I have been trying to return an online order for over two months now. Every time I call there is a new issue. I just want to get my money back so I can cut ties with the store.
