I WANT MY REFUND FROM ROSEBANK COLLEGE
Hi, i would like to lodge a complaint about Rosebank college. Regarding to refunds i have created a tickets requesting a refund according to my financial statement, i have overpaid R2 282.00. We had a back and forth conversations on emails, initially they wanted my last proof of payment which i did send it to them with my banking details, ID, proof that i am the account payer and a letter of requesting a refund, i never hear from them for two weeks i then decided to make a follow up then that is when they told me that i need to bring another proof of payment that was made in January and February 2024 as it is not reflecting on their system but its reflecting on my financial statement. i indeed went to the bank and ask for proof of payments for those months which i was able to submit to them, i got a response saying that what i provided was not a proof of payment to them its a proof of notification therefore they cant help me with process my documents to i don't know to where.. i am very disappointed my financial statement does show i have paid all my outstanding fees i now have 2 282 00. Please help me i want my money back as they do when we are owing fees

Worst customer service
Hello. I would like to review fibrestream internet service provider. We have paid our monthly subscription this month on the 27th of November but the WIFI has not been reconnected till today. We tried calling and sending whatsapp messages still no assistance!!!!!!!. This company has to be the worst company when it comes to customer services!!!!!!! Fast track contracting
Hi Peter My name is Happiness Dhladhla. I have a problem with a company called Fast track contracting PTY LTD. I received a SARS letter stating that im owing money, i then made a follow up with them. I found out that they using my name and ID, that i am working for them, i have IRP5 to prove that. I then went to the company companied by police, when we got to the fast track with the police we asked for Happiness Dhladhla and we found her. The manager called Riaaz confirm that his aware of the girl that she did a identity *****, the police asked Riaaz (the branch manager) to print the contract of Happiness Dhladhla that she's working, they printed a wrong contract which i believe they are fronting with. I opened a case on the 3rd of October but the girl was never arrested. The police told the Riaaz the branch manager to terminate the contract but only to find that even today the girl who stole my identity is still working even today continuing using my name as their employee, I opened a case at Wadeville police station i haven't heard of them since. I have a case number.. I am asking for Minister of police to please interven. As the perpetrator is still working while i opened a case against her and the company.
