****roaches and disgusting water smells.
To make it clear: This is the Angel Guest House in Ferndale, Randburg so not to confuse guests. The apartment was not ready although they said it was. When we checked out and complained - reception said that the plumber did not show up for that apartment (how is that our problem) the bathroom had an incredibly sick smell and while showering, the drains began to clog. Later on that night - ****roaches started coming up the open pipes in the bathroom and into the rest of the apartment. My mum visited the doctor the next day because she fell sick.

DO NOT SIGN UP!!! *****S!!!!
Worst internet provider in SA. Don't make the mistake of signing up. They're billing department can't find payments, they change your debit dates as per their needs and cut your line suddenly. Their app reflects different information to that of the system that they have at their offices. It's up to the customer to now go and find references, payments, emails while they are incredibly rude and disrespectful. I hope that a Director at Rain sees this.
