I have been on hold for over 20 minutes without any assistance. This is extremely disappointing and unacceptable, especially when customers rely on your support team for urgent matters. I am trying to resolve an important issue regarding my account, yet I am unable to get through to anyone for assistance. This level of service is very frustrating.. They never pick up the phone. And WhatsApp chat will redirect you to calling them.
We have a insurance with DSTV and the poor service we have experienced is rather disappointing, we have been given a run around, told that to claim we have to go to Randburg, we live in atteridgeville Pretoria. When trying to call you’ll wait for more than 15mins to no assistance at all. This insurance was joined in 2023 and we went to the Randburg office because our decoder was giving us problem and a consultant told my 65 old mother that it’s been 6 months since she joined. Why must people travel so far to get assistance with such a simple problem? What are the purpose of these small branches? Because they are useless and the consultants don’t want to do anything but tell you there’s nothing thy can do, that you must travel to the hand office WE WOULD LIKE TO CANCEL THE INSURANCE BECAUSE IT IS NOT BENEFICIAL TO US BUT RATHER AN INCONVENIENCE AND HEADACHE THAT IS NOT WORTH IT.
The worst customer service. I have an issue with connecting to my WiFi since 4am 10/07/2024. I have logged a call, contacted their technical support WhatsApp number, called their helpline and waited 11 minutes without any agent talking to me. Consultants are active when selling a product and are actually benefiting from it. Immediately they gate their sale they’ll never talk to you again. When you have technical issues with their product no one is available to help. You’ll have to jump fire before. I’m beyond disappointed. Can I get my issue attended to ASAP!!
