BAD SERVICE
I was very disappointed by a recent experience I had with this very well known business. The service we received was very poor. We ended up going to another dealer and got the service we expected in the first place

Very good
We have been with this business for about one year as we needed a full time nanny to look after our baby. I would definitely recommend her services to anyone else. When I saw a previous review about the deposit not being paid, I also got nervous. But we received our deposit back after we cancelled and every time we had a problem, the owner was involved and worked with us to get the problem sorted.

No happy with the service
We have been struggling with Cell C for over 8 months to just get our accounts closed. Our accounts was paid and the one account had a credit, and the other a debit. The credit was just supposed to be transferred into the debit, as both accounts was in my husband's name. We have made several attempts to solve this and we lodged several disputes. The service is poor. Hope management will take our request serious now.
