Terrible customer service, poor workmanship on the products. I ordered a couch on the 6 Feb 2023 and paid R17995. It was delivered on the 14th Feb. Although it looked different to what was advertised my disappointment was the condition of the couch as received. The couch had multiple defects on the leather, there were so many staples protruding as if where they could not complete the stitching, they used staples to join. The legs had holes and scratches. I informed them on the same day 14 Feb 23, they promised to exchange the couch. I kept enquiring about when they will collect they told me they are still busy manufacturing. Until on the 12 June 23 when i enquired they told me the main body is ready only a few cushions left. On the 14 July 23 i informed them i'm bringing the couch myself and collecting the exchange one despite completeness of the couch. None of it was available to exchange when i arrived at their so called warehouse at Rawbone. They informed me that in a weeks' time it will be ready but even today on the 24 July 23 they are still saying it will be ready by the end of the week. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE FRONTING AS A LUXURY FURNITURE MANUFACTURER WITH NICE PRODUCTS AND NICE REVIEWS ON THE WEBSITE BUT THEIR LEGITIMANCY IS QUESTIONABLE. IT ALL SEEMS ****.
