Do not use https://car-buddy.co/ for vehicle reports. I paid for a report on my own car and never received it. There is no way to contact them except through an automated AI email system that provides no help. This is a *****ulent site designed to harvest card details and take 'report fees' for nothing. If you are in South Africa and need a VIN check, stick to legitimate local services like FirstCheck, TransUnion, or the AA. Do not trust this site—it is a ****."

Hirsch's Extremely Poor Client Service
I had, and am currently having the worst experience with the Hirsch's Hillcrest branch. I bought a Hisense fridge from Hirsch's about 3 weeks ago. As soon as the unit arrived It started making strange noises. I recorded the noise and made a call to the Hirsch's branch, they said they will send someone out to come have a look to my surprise at the stage no one came out or gave me a call to arrange a time slot. I then decided to go to the branch to find out what was going on, I played the recording to one of the support team members and service technicians and they both said something is definitely wrong. A technician finaly came out to have a look. My wife was home and I was at work as suspected from Hirsch's and their work ethics, they spent 5 minutes at my house in total and didn't even bother to move my fridge back in place leaving my wife with a fridge basically in the middle of the kitchen se can't move with a very proud response from Hirsch's "There is nothing wrong" and left. Fast track to today three weeks later and a lot of phone calls from my side and my side only along with a long list of empty promises from Hirsch's still nothing. The noise is getting louder and louder, and more frequent indicating that the unit is possibly going to fail. They have promised to send a senior technician out. They have promised to have the problem resolved by Friday (Wich was last week) They promised they will keep me updated and call me with a solution. (Never heard from them again) I am left speechless, please do not make the mistake of buying appliances from Hirsch's. You'll regret every cent you have spent. I feel that the one red star rating is to high of a rating for them. Hello Peter should consider a score of absolutely 0 for business like these.
