A big organisation of ****mers , i never signed up for their membership yet they deducted R679 from my account and when i reported to them than I didn’t sign up to anything they said , “sorry we cannot do a refund” now I cannot use my account as it’s on -
Absolutely appalled by the level of disrespect and unprofessionalism I received from this company, I’ve been using their services since 2023 and from the beginning they didn’t install my cable properly the cable travels on top of my neighbours house which makes it vulnerable for it to get damaged any time. I sent multiple emails for over a year without a reply complaining about the installation of my cable. Now my cable is damaged because of wind and it’s placement and I contacted them they sent maintenance people who demanded I pay their money for me to fix the cable obviously I refused as initially this was not my fault I’ve been complaining about the placement of my cable without any sort of help. Provided them with the proof and explain to them that I did not self-inflicted with the cable but they wanted to monetise and said they will not fix it. I had it back-and-forth for over two weeks with the head offers of which the service was very poor they took time replying me giving me vague answers and to they sent the maintenance people again who just came and looked and decided it was self-inflicted Zoom Fibre email me again saying I should pay an amount of 1400 Rands for the cable to get replaced I sent a reply telling them how disappointed I am in their service as I had provided enough proof that I did not self-inflicted on the cable and that the problem was on their side but they seem not to care and they allow their employees to exploit customers and demand money while they get paid a salary
I Tshepo Mazibuko took my car for eveluation yesterday 12/01/2026 to the webuycars Satellite inspection booth in Heidelberg Mall and I was helped by a male named Tyler who inspected my car and said everything seems to be in order he would only like to check if there were any suspension faults and he would drive it to his house in Brakpan which is +-40km away from Heidelberg and bring it back the next day with a proper evaluation diagnosis. The following day when I called to get feedback on the suspension inspection he told me the car is not starting that’s when I drove to him and we towed the car to a Auto Ramz for an inspection and mechanic told us the buyer blew my vehicle’s head gaskets with over raving the car with a quote of R115000 to be attached apon request. All the buyer could say was “sorry” and now I’m left in this dilemma. I’m calling for your urgent attention on this matter please as I would not have Escalated this matter to the ombudsman office and social media before escalating this matter to you first . Really bad I ended up losing a lot of money because evening flights were advertised at 06:30 instead of 18:30 now I booked wrong time and only saw when I printed the itenary. I called for assistance to change times they made me pay R450 per person and I had booked for 6 people telling me the other is the difference of which I understand and the rest is for the inconvenience. Whose fault is it for writing times wrong
