Terrible terrible service, my bag didn’t arrive from London to South Africa and no communication about when it will arrive! Absolute worst service
My watches ****** from my bag, and FlySafair reasoning is that they use 3rd party service provider for the luggage. I am so disappointed that no investigation or anything will be done.
I’m not happy with the pizza from Debonairs Seadoone mall in Amanzimtoti Durban. The pizza is very dry with no meat at all, you cannot expect customers to pay for that. Don’t get me started on the call Centre agent very rude and pretends can’t hear me over the line, Do Better!!!
Absolutely Pathetic service. There’s no direct line to call for concerning account information. Policy documents sent with incorrect model name and after picking it up and informing Pineapple still the issue is not resolved and now going over a week sending communication to Pineapple!
