Opened a query for a R20000 bill received. 8 calls, 3 dropped, 5 emails, no response except a copy and paste email. Even the eskom contractor said the meter was not working. Its so sad to see a once efficient state business fall from grace. This is a classic example of how a fish rots from the head and an example of the ANC legacy. It seems nothing works at Eskom, and truly South Africans need to make this change or deregulate power consumption so businesses can help improve our country.
I bought a high tough **** eater from Makro, service delivery great. Follow up service is impossible, The machine does not work and its difficult, if not impossible, to get hold of anyone to find out how to return faulty goods and get it fixed. can anyone help? No contact numbers, reply email addresses or even replies on facebook.
Another review for FNB, went into the branch today,new flashy brand, FNB consultants running everywhere to assist the three people in your branch, really trying, but your system is failing, your support and feedback is non-existant, just copy-paste emails. Took me 30 plus minutes to withdraw R8000, I asked your consultant and she said "no comment", "we trying our best sir?" You cannot do this to customers and your customer facing employees. Your systems dont work. So you updated your brand, website, removed the incorrect telephone number and opening hours, and now just an email address so it will take over a week just to get somewhere. You really have to look into this, cause I promise month end is going to be a nightmare for your customers.

Purchased 2 epod 2's in October and December last year from Spar tobacconists. The first one's battery died after 2 months, and the 2nd one also after 2 months. These units are just a gimmick and do not last, its cheap imported junk. Dont waste your time or money with them, it will cost you a fortune. Their support is non existant and they dont get back to you.
My last parcel took 1 year to receive from the USA, today I collected a parcel that was sent from USA on the 30/11/2020. I am over the moon to have received it, and so glad it only took 9 months to receive. It certainly is progress. Well done guys.

Seriously Eskom you need to consider privatizing your monopolony for the sake of South Africa. You cannot run a decent power supply, call centre or even an app. You have had decades managing our power supply and its impossible to get service via email, phone or app. We have been sitting with low voltage for 4 days, more than likely due to non-maintenance on your part. And just a couple weeks ago it was fixed in 30 minutes, problem is it will go down again. You are *****ing South Africa.
For the last year I have taken your sales calls and politely asked each and every agent to stop contacting me. After your sales call this morning for life insurance, I was told there is a button an agent can click " Client does not wanted to be contacted". How can you harass your clients like this, especially doing sales calls to upsell stupid policies that I dont need. Because I cant even get a reference from your agents ,I am just going to continue posting here, until you FNB, my bank, stop calling me.
