Absolute shambles of a company. Ordered online in December 2024 and have still not received my order. On the tracking list it says my order has been at the Olifantsfontein Post Office since the 3rd of Feb??? Trying to get hold of KEEN themselves is like trying to find Hens teeth!!! They mail you once then you never hear from the again!! DONT EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
I am writing this on behalf of my daughter. There was a booking made for her through booking.com for a B&B in Nice, France. If I could upload the pictures she sent me, you would see how BAD this place is!!!. It is absolutely filthy. Dishes/pots/pans left in the dishwasher so long that they have mold on already. On top of that, they want to change accommodation and get the refund but were told they have to stay another night because they only arrived at 11:00pm last night. As they are foreigners this twit thinks he can take advantage of them.. And lets not take away from the really shoddy places booking.com advocates as "decent" accommodation. Absolute disgrace!!!!!!!
I have just become a member of this MA. I am on high blood pressure acute medication. They wanted blood tests to check if medication is correct. I work on a site more than 1000km from my home in PE. The town we live in is at least 15km from the site and I am working 6 days a week. It is difficult for me to get away from site into town so it took a week or so before I could get the tests done. I am now out of my tablets and these people refuse to authorise the medication even on the day to day section. I have been on these tablets for 10+yrs and am still alive. Surely one more month while they check the results is not going to be a problem. What if I was a serious diabetic, would I have to wait for my insulin needles while they faffed around checking results? Does my health not matter to these people?
I was called about doing upgrades to my various contracts. Besides the fact that they sort of messed up the upgrades, the one that I did get was supposed to come with a voucher. Contract was upgraded in September, I STILL HAVENT RECEIVED MY VOUCHER. Every time I phone, I get the run around to different departments or am on hold for 30min.
My wife booked tickets to Lagos, Nigeria. Since she has left she has been delayed. She was delayed in Cape Town by a few hours. When getting to Luanda, she was delayed by a complete day. She missed the first and most important day of her conference. She was supposed to fly out of Lagos on Friday. Guess what, delayed again. She has only just arrived in Luanda and .. CAN YOU BELIEVE IT, told that she will now only be flying to Cape Town tomorrow. HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE??? and there is no consideration for her or the other passengers. All their baggage is still with the airline. My wife has been in the same clothes since Thursday!!! THis is by far the worst airline I HAVE EVER HAD THE DISPLEASURE OF DEALING WITH!!! and most of the time, the contact numbers dont work either!!
