I do not recommend Saifleet
I haven’t had the best experience with Saifleet, they charge ridiculous prices and say they’re going to take care of you but the second you drive out of their premises, your car problems become yours because they don’t respond to queries and even when they do they send you from one person to the next, and you wait for months on end with no service whatsoever but they still want their money on time, no excuses. Recently they sent me an invoice of R5000 fine/penalty for speeding which I had no clue about, no warning nothing, just an invoice and no explanation. They’re exploiters and they don’t take care of their customers or the cars they rent out and by the time you bring it back, who’s gonna be paying hefty amounts of money for “wear and tear”? You guessed. By far the worst decision I’ve made.

Bad service
Horrible assistance. Barely any really. I had registered for a debit order and once I realized that the connection would be the next day, I tried canceling it but with their website there’s no such thing, you can only email them to do that, so with no thought to it I went ahead and paid the once-off package because I couldn’t wait until the next day for connection. A few days later, I remove the money from my account to avoid being billed again only for the to disconnect me and have me sitting an entire weekend without connection, with a toddler in the house that needs some sort of entertainment. So I emailed and emailed and called and all I got from then was that they couldn’t do anything about it and that I have to wait for the finance department on Monday for reconnection. I’m still waiting, so we’ll see. But I’m utterly dissatisfied with their service because it was really an easy fix but they just didn’t.

Worst thing to happen to my home
Ever since Iswitch, I’ve never been able to enjoy the luxury that is electricity. You pay ridiculous amounts like R700+ just get 20 units out of it, which is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever experienced in my life and I’m just ready to move out of this place because we’re being taken advantage of.
