Follow up on my previous review: Received an email stating that I have been refunded. Not true- no refund. Still convinced it is a hoax.

Nova Lifestyle HOAX
Ordered Bennett Read product on 7 January2025. Yoco payment done. No updates. On 13 Jan received a mail confirming it will be delivered by Courier Guy on 15 January. Nothing! E-mails bounce. My daughter ordered same product on 6 January and have not heard from them. Can not reach company by phone or email. Hoax company and should not be supported- you WILL lose your money!!

My car was ****** between 10:40 and 11:40 from parking area at church. I phoned cartrack (Thabiseng Moloi) at 11:53. She assisted in activating recovery immediately and phoned back 4times to keep me updated. At 14:12 she called to say the vehicle was found and that the recovery team would call me. She later phoned twice to confirm that the in fact did call me. Excellent service. The recovery team also called and sent photos of the car which unfortunately was too damaged to be drivable. Also excellent service.
