Obtaining our dream by TEX Motorcycles
Thank you to Gavin and Marinda from TEX Motorcycles in George for going above and beyond with the purchase of our new bike. The service was outstanding and many times we thought this purchase would not go through, but they pulled rabbits out of hats and we are now the proud owner of a beautiful K1600 GTL. A simple thank you does not do the word justice, but we are bowled over by the service we received. That is something seriously lacking in SA today, but we can guarantee you will get it here. Don't hesitate to chat to the team at TEX Motorcycles if you have a dream and think it is not reachable. They are a trustworthy and ethical dealership and kept us notified at all times right up until the bike was standing in front of us as we live far away from George. Guys, thanks again :)

Thank you Outsurance - 5 stars
Second time dealing with Outsurance on the phone to load another asset and also to change addresses etc. what a pleasure!! Professional, so friendly, knowledgeable and everything was an absolute joy dealing with them. Smooth sailing. My first time was my first claim in 18 years and everything was done online, I got frequent emails on updates, the assessor kept us abreast of what was happening at all times. Such a pleasure to work with such a professional entity. I am an extremely happy client, thank you again.

Super service from Alberante ARC
My last accident was over 18 years ago, so I was totally amazed at the professionalism and fantastic service I received from Alberante ARC Alberton. They kept me informed every step of the way, every time my car moved to a different section, I was informed right up to the day my car was ready for pick up. They were very professional, very courteous and a special mention to Sam for keeping me informed every step of the way. What a lovely lady, she was fantastic to work with.

Mobicred failure
After advising that they had some gremlins, it is now 3 weeks and we still do not have access to our accounts. I urgently need to buy a laptop for my granddaughter for her new online school and I have no access. I have contacted them numerous times and they keep saying they will escalate my query. This is absolutely ridiculous. They do not answer whatsapp nor reply to emails. I have never known the likes of this. The feedback is atrocious, then they advertise a sale on FB, but no one can get into their accounts. Pathetic.
