COURRIER OVERCHARGE
Very helpful service until things didn’t go so well. Ordered a bed and paid a steep price for couriers. The courier delivery arrived with their invoice and I was clearly overcharged. I queried the amount and was told that they usually under-billed but sometimes the customers overpaid and it just balanced out. I was then told they would look into the cost and come back to me, but nobody has. Product is also not of great quality and I wouldn’t order it again.

Terrible Service
Rather shop at Dischem. I’m only rating Clicks a 1 because 0 is not an option. Terrible customer service at PMB branch, a member of staff turned the backup power off and then joked about it in front of customers. I had unfortunately just tapped my card when the power went off, and had to wait while systems rebooted, and then was told to pay again because my transaction hadn’t gone through (despite showing my app confirmation). Said staff member promised to help with a refund if there was a problem but took no steps to resolve. I had to call her, and the call centre multiple times and eventually (after 8 days of BS) had to drive to the store to collect a refund. I lost time, airtime and fuel. Dischem are and absolute pleasure to deal with by comparison.
