Affinity health don't want to gave back my money what had been paid to the dr for a emergency, they said i didn't wait for a authorisation number, but they have taken to long, my son did get a petrol in his ear, they haven't respond with a authorisation number , and the nurse have taken long to anwer, we were finished at the dr and their was still no response from the nurse1 reply
