RE 5 exams- Invigilators suspicious activities
I wrote RE 5 on Monday 18 September 2023, on arrival i asked for a black pen to use for my exam one of the invigilators asked another one if i can use a black pen then they ended up saying no i must use a pencil then they gave me a pencil and eraser to use, i would like to know who instructed them that table number 35 must use a pencil. Under which grounds nor Act state that certain individuals are instructed to use pencils instead of a pen of their choice, i knew i aced that exam but to my surprise my results were 60% how? I'm really prepared to take this matter further as i need clarification and also i need all my past exam papers as there is definitely something wrong going on there and members of the public need to know about this as it involves money. It looks like we are being ****med here as we have to pay all the time when we need to write these exams, sadly lots of these people are broken people who needs to find jobs in the financial service industry. Further, I have instructed attorneys because it is also unfair that we are not given access to our information held by this private body, and no reasons are given to us except abstract percentage marks, according to the POPI Act. yourselves the booking center and examination centers, MOONSTONE is the face, and the service provider of compliance requirements to the FAIS in terms of the FICA Act. Further, this should entail that complaints of unfairness and under-dealings should be handled by the FAIS Ombud.

dissatisfaction RE 5 results
on the 18th of September 2023 i wrote my RE5 at Westville Methodist church, on my arrival i requested to use a black pen instead of a pencil as i realized that something is not write we can't be failing this exam so much. i overheard 2 ladies who were invigilators discussed the matter and another one came to me and said you can use pencil not black pen, i was so shocked as i thought it my choice to decide which pen to use and straight away i knew something was up i could smell discrepancy then the lady came back to me and said table number 35 mustn't use black pen she must use pencil, straight away i knew something was fishy, i told a lady who was also writing with me that they refused to give me black pen. yet it is our choice to make whether we want a pencil or a black pen. i knew from the bottom of my heart that i aced that exam but here we are i got 60%, in the past i've been getting same results 62%. this time around i'm not letting this go this is a money making scheme we are made to fail so that we can keep on coming back as the more you write the more money they make. jobs are on the line because of this yet moonstone's employees have their jobs safe and secured. staff members are extremely rude as well on the phone when i booked my exam they still went ahead and cancel my booking even though i paid and sent them a proof of payment i had to call back and forth trying to sort out this issue. i demand to see all my past papers i won't rest until this matter is resolved. during re write why are we not allowed to be present and see for ourselves where we went wrong this is absolutely unacceptable. why can't they change this horrible system and use similar system like learners license where you get results same time. isn't that it the computer that does the marking? then let us write in that computer once and for all and release our results same time. again i won't let this one go. i'll use every available platforms to make sure that this matter is resolved to my satisfaction.
