Layla Morris took my call when I called in after an accident. I was not feeling well,shocked and down/sad and she understood. She was helpful and reassured me that the insurance is there to help me at such times. The following day to my surprise she called me early in the morning so that the claims department can assist me. She was so kind to me. I appreciate that she cared,she did not forget about me. Thank you.

John the salesperson is professional, whatever he says he will do, he does. He provided me with the information I need and is just a phone call/an email or a WhatsApp away. He responds to requests promptly and truthfully. John is supportive and made me feel that he is always there. Thanks John. 🙏
