Beware - Biggest ****mers in the solar business
Herman Steyn changed his company's name from High Cell Solar Solutions to Skyvolt Solar Solutions after *****ing people's deposits. They are based in Mosselbay, Western Cape. His MO seems to be to take deposits from clients and then no installation takes place. Herman Steyn (Joachim Herm**** Steyn) owes me a new battery since January 2025. He removed my faulty battery (under warranty) from my house and put in a claim for a new one. After many months my new battery arrived at the supplier and Herman proceeded to collect the battery and give it to one of his other customers. Effectively *****ing my battery I have heard every excuse in the book from Herman, from sickness to frozen bank accounts as to why he can't refund me my money for the battery. Lies and broken promises, he is very good at that. I am instituting legal proceedings against him. Stay far away from this ****mer and *****.

Invoicing for Subscription not in Use
Cancelled the Red Premium Subscription on one of my business phones. Converted the sim card to prepaid. After two months of the cell phone being prepaid Vodacom started invoicing me for Red Premium Subscription again for the same prepaid number.
