Herman Steyn
Herman Steyn: High Cell Solar is not trustworthy. Almost a year, and I'm still waiting. Given him all the opportunity to make things right, and he is full of excuses with no remorse for his actions. Don't use any company that is linked to him.

BEWARE Skyvolt Solar Solutions
Please beware, Sky Volt solar solutions is just High Cell Solar solutions under a new name. It is still run by the same person. I paid a 100K deposit in April 2024, for the installation of solar, and he has still not completed the installation nor given me the full refund. Please beware, Sky Volt solar solutions is just High Cell Solar solutions under a new name. It is still run by the same person. Herman Steyn is ************* and there are many complaints about him and all his solar companies on the internet. Do your research. He changed his companies name from High Cell Solar Solutions to Skyvolt Solar Solutions when too many people started talking about their dealings with him. Stay far away.

Beware - Biggest ****mers in the solar business
Herman Steyn changed his company's name from High Cell Solar Solutions to Skyvolt Solar Solutions after *****ing people's deposits. They are based in Mosselbay, Western Cape. His MO seems to be to take deposits from clients and then no installation takes place. Herman Steyn (Joachim Herm**** Steyn) owes me a new battery since January 2025. He removed my faulty battery (under warranty) from my house and put in a claim for a new one. After many months my new battery arrived at the supplier and Herman proceeded to collect the battery and give it to one of his other customers. Effectively *****ing my battery I have heard every excuse in the book from Herman, from sickness to frozen bank accounts as to why he can't refund me my money for the battery. Lies and broken promises, he is very good at that. I am instituting legal proceedings against him. Stay far away from this ****mer and *****.

Stay away fom Skyvolt Solar Solutions You can not trus what they say. Realy a untrust worthy company Take your money with no service given More than a month they still have not given any srevice

Herman Steyn, the owner of the company, will sweet talk you into a deal that sounds great, whereafter you will pay a deposit to him. Herman Steyn will make excuse upon excuse and after 4 weeks you will still not have received any service or your money back. You cannot trust him with your money.

UNRELIABLE COMPANY: SKYVOLT SOLAR SOLUTIONS
SKYVOLT SOLAR SOLUTIONS IS AN UNRELIABLE COMPANY I need to warn customers not to deal with Skyvolt Solar Solutions. We paid a deposit of R85 000.00 on 14 July 2025 and Herman Steyn from Skyvolt Solar Solutions is making excuse upon excuse. We even met with Herman last night, on 8 August 2025, at a restaurant in Pretoria where he promised that he paid for a battery and inverter at a supplier in Johannesburg and arranged, in our presence, with the courier service to deliver same to our home address. Today the courier company indicated that the battery and inverter has not been paid for and cannot be collected. Do not trust a word that he says. He will try to sweet talk you. If there are anyone experiencing the same please feel free to make contact with me, Suzette Naude, you can find me on Facebook.
