Consumer Warning
Herman Steyn is ************* and there are many complaints about him and all his solar companies on the internet. Do your research. He changed his companies name from High Cell Solar Solutions to Skyvolt Solar Solutions when too many people started talking about their dealings with him. Stay far away.

Do not do business with this company!
Herman Steyn from High Cell Solar Solutions removed our faulty battery from our house to claim a replacement. When our new battery arrived at the supplier Herman proceeded to collect the battery and instal it at one of his other customers houses. He refuses to refund us for our battery, claims he has no money and his bank accounts are frozen. His is doing business under Skyvolt Solar Solutions now, doing the same thing to unsuspecting customers. Stay far away from Herman Steyn and any of his solar companies.

Cancellation instruction reversed for no reason?!?!?!
<p>Phoned Vodacom on 26/10/2016 to cancell a data contract that has expired a while ago already.</p> <p>(Reference: 1/ ********** 3747)The operaor on the phone assured us that the contract was cancelled and that the simcard will be changed to a prepaid simcard.</p> <p>Now two months later we realise that the debitorder for this contract is still going off our account. Phoned Vodacom this morning and gets informed that the cancellation request was processed, but after that someone at Vodacom cancelled the request !?!?!?!?!?! I asked the operator what the reason for this was and he said he does not know and can not give an explanation or a reason.</p> <p>Vodacom, if you are so desperate for customers, please try and give good service the first time around, and DO NOT go and override cancellation requests because you dont like the idea of a cancelled contract. That is pathetic and sad.</p> <p> </p> <p>I want my data contract cancelled ASAP - ********** </p>

Line installation
<p>Telkom, we applied for a new landline and ADSL line installation in August with employee Navy in the Knysna Telkom shop. Reference Number: 699236-51. Numerous phone calls and emails to Navy later, we are still waiting. Navy keeps making promises of sending out technicians, but it has been 2 months already! This is now getting absurd!!</p>
