I am a member of Affinity health since 2017, but the worse payment ever. I have an account from Medicross Carlswald that is outstanding since October 2018. I phone them several times and every time they promise it is at payments they will pay it. Since today 4 July 2019 it is still not pay. Every day I spoke to another consultant and I had to tell my story all over again. I phone on Monday the 1st of July 2019 and they said they will come back to me - when I phone on Tuesday 2nd of July I spoke to Sibusiso - he come back to me and told me they dont have the dr's account nr that is why it is not been paid. Is that not ridiculous what will it take to find out what the dr's account nr is. So I phoned the dr hy said his account nr is on the bill. I already send a previous time this same account to affinity health, but it seams to me they don't look at it. I send the account again to Sibusiso and claims@pamc.co.za he promise to come back to me, till now nothing yet. Irene Olivier 082 871 9571
