Shocking service when it comes to retuning something bought online. I have been trying for 4 days to log a return and can't seem to get anywhere, when asking the 'client services' what is going on they told me I must call the courier myself. No reference, no number and no name were given to me, so I presume I must just try find a call number online? There is also no process with how to tell them which of the 7 items that we bought, that we would like to return.
I would not recommend NBC Holdings to anyone. I have emailed in excess of 20 times as well as called many many times and no one gets back to you or bothers to give you any real information about their administration channels. All I want to know are the processes and time lines for claims and new members of our staff provident fund and no one calls me back. The reception just rings and rings. Awful, non existent service. The poor staff member waiting for their money has no answers!
No replies to emails and they still haven't fully resolved an issue with the billing on my account which was raised last year June. The system works but the service is terrible, especially on the accounts side.
Once again I have heard nothing back from Sage Accounting. Terrible service when it comes to their invoicing, I would not recommend them to anyone.
I love the actual software however the helpdesk and customer service is nonexistent, I have been left waiting for invoices, replies back to queries and various other issues and no one gets back to me. Very frustrating company to deal with. Most of my queries I have to raise numerous times before anyone actually looks into them. I have been waiting for my final invoice for over 2 months now.
