My child changed from MEDIHELP to BONITAS 3 months back I spoke to a broker ny the name of WILLEM MANSFIELD My child is a type 1 diabetic and my first question was about the chronic medication…he said to me, no problem , everything stays the same The first contribution we paid cash as requested, nut the 2nd they took a doulble premium We returned the de it order , made contact with him, reported and he said we must do another cash payment Of which we did so On the 5th of this month, the next contribution went off MY PROBLEM 1 when i went to collect the chronic medication at the pharmacy, there was a co payment of 560.00 and the balance went off his savings?? We lodge a complaint to him regarding this as he was the broker, only after i made numerous calls to him that the meds was suppose to come from PHARMACY DIRECT HE NEVER MENTIONED ANYTHING ABOUT THAT I then got DR Badenhorst to send me a NEW CHRONIC MEDS SCRIPT and e mailed it immediately to WIllem Mansfield He confirmed that he gave it through to them and that everything will be in place end of JULY When i got to the pharmacy another co payment was awaiting me 560.00 I refused to take it and bought only one TOJEO to the amount of R259.10 I the e mailed MAnsfield again , no reply This morning i decided to phone pharmacy direct myself only to find out that he never asked them to change the medical aid to BOnitas , my child medical aid is suspended necause it still shows that he is with The previous med aid…. And it is suspended I phoned hom again and ask him to sort this with Bonitas as we have already paid 3 contributions from our side and thats why it shows suspended beacause he never updated his profile He said he don t want to be our broker any more, and he will get his manager to phone me My child has got a life threatening desease but his guy doesn t care about this The Manager Renisha PIllay phoned me and she is now trying to sort the problem Please assist
