I want to extend my sincere thanks to Khutadzo and Suhayl for their outstanding support during my recent Wi-Fi issues. I was without service for 11 days with no assistance, and the situation was extremely frustrating. Khutadzo kindly gave me his private number so I could reach out directly to see if he could assist, which I truly appreciated. Suhayl, on the other hand, went above and beyond by assisting the Vumatel technician on-site and keeping his promise to call me back each time something he did without fail. Both of them turned a very difficult experience into a much more manageable one through their professionalism, commitment, and genuine willingness to help.
I bought a PS4 for my grandson in December, and while the delivery took a bit longer due to the holiday season, the overall experience was great. Initially, I was skeptical because the deal seemed too good to be true—a PS4 with two controllers at such an affordable price. However, the service was excellent, and the reconditioned PS4 turned out to be of really good quality.
I am extremely unhappy with the service I have received, I have lost money due to the incompetence of your technical department. My installation was done on the 31st of August I was informed by the technician within 24 to 48 hours, my line would be activated. I have called, emailed and WhatsApp practically begging for help and was informed that I would have to wait 7-14 days for my line to be activated. Last year I relocated and it took your company exactly 3-5 working days to re-install and activate my line it was a smooth transition. This time around it has been extremely frustrating to deal with your company. So can SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP ME IT IS NO WORK NO PAY FOR ME I RELY ON AN ACTIVE INTERNET LINE TO WORK I AM AT YOUR MERCY!!!!!!
Every time I get a call from Cell C I don't have a contract with them and they have listed me What more must I do to get this resolved? I regret doing business with this company. I was informed by their social media department that this issue was resolved clearly nothing has been done about this my only option now is to contact the Consumer Protection Council
I cancelled my order with Cell C because an additional sim was added that I did not order, 19/06/2023 I returned two sim and one device to them, I then called them on numerous occasions to ensure they received their goods and that my account with them was cancelled I was given Ref No 3061200577 & 3072501293 as confirmation of the cancellation. Cell C has debited my account on two occasions which have cost me money for returned debits they have also listed me on the credit bureau and handed me over to debt collectors that are calling me for money that I don't owe them I have also constantly called Cell C and emailed them and nobody can assist me instead they have told me to resolve the issue with the debt collectors & the debt collectors have told me visa versa. I want my name cleared and my so-called non-existent account closed with Cell C my name off the credit bureau and my file closed at the debt collectors Cell C must refer to waybill RW21561654 all goods returned unopened to them
