DCB logistics rude driver trying to deliver an night
You need to find another courier service company. DCB logistics driver was rude and unprofessional by trying to deliver my parcel at night and demanding that I walk an unreasonable distance during loadshedding at night to get my package in this crime ridden South Africa whilst I am a young women because he was refusing to deliver to my home. The driver went as far as giving me an ultimatum that I won’t get my parcel if I don’t get to him immediately. This driver and the courier service did not even make prior arrangements with me to schedule the delivery time. The call was sudden and unexpected.

Rude Driver delivering at night and Demanding that I walk to 4kms to get my parcel
Extremely Rude and unprofessional DCB logistics driver. The driver attempted to deliver my parcel during Loadshedding at night (16 Aug 2023). The driver rudely demanded that I make a plan to get to him because it is dark, without prior informing me that he is on the way to deliver the parcel nor did I receive correspondence from dcb logistics that the parcel is on the way. Mind you that, I am a young woman in this crime ridden South Africa yet he was demanding that I walk to him, while he was more than 4kms from my home,in the night, during loadshedding. The driver went as far as giving me an ultimatum that , I won’t get my parcel if I don’t get to him immediately. Your driver was very unprofessional and rude and left me traumatised. Please attend to this matter.
