Ridiculous Courier Price
Never had such a bad experience. They charged us R987 to courier a pram from Klerksdorp to Winterton. It's pure day light *******. They advertise R120 for up to 25kg, and then suddenly you pay according to measurements. R1000????????? Rip-off

I got a R270 cashback......I won R18000. I did not know about the KYC documents. They allowed me to withdraw......said "withdrawal queud. Then they cancel my withdrawal as stated "temporarily". When they received my documents they only allocated R2579 back. That is totally just theft.

Will NEVER support Cape Union again just for their TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
I gave in a K-Way jacket on 9 June for repairs. They say 6-8 weeks. I followed up 2 times already with Cape Union Matlosana Mall. We are standing now on 10 weeks and still no answer about whats going on with the jacket or where it is. I talked to a lady Shannon on their agent platform.....and all answer she could give me was " we can only escalate on our side to the store as we do not have any access to repairs as its done on store level." They want you to buy expensive stuff from them but NO customer service at all. Spend money there and they also decide to keep your jacket.
